Youth Exercise Safely Program

(YES PROGRAM)

The goal of the Youth Exercise Safely (YES) Program is to familiarize children ages 9 to 13 with the fitness floor and equipment. After completing the YES program children will be able to:

  • 1. use equipment safely on the fitness floor
  • 2. workout on fitness floor independently (parent supervision not required)
  • 3. understand general muscles and bones and how to strengthen
  • 4. understand proper stretching exercises

Saturday, from 1pm - 3pm

Cost - $150 for first child; $75 for additional siblings.

Tuesdays/Thursdays, from 4:40pm - 5:30pm

Cost - $150 for first child; $75 for additional siblings

 

Private Sessions are (8) 1/2 hour sessions set up by appointment

Cost (8) ½ hr sessions for $240
